Business meeting at new heights
July 26 2007On July 25, Stroimontage corporation along with the Association of realtors of St. Petersburg and Leningrad region has conducted a business tour for elite real estate specialists, titled “The specifics of working with elite real estate objects”.
The event took place at the construction site of the elite residential complex Montblanc. The business part of the event took place in the penthouse, 70 meters above Neva. In the course of the event, its participants have discussed the pressing issues: supply and demand in elite real estate market, the prospects of mortgage development in elite real estate market, the specifics of working with clients in the sphere of elite real estate.
The guests of the business tour have been presented the new residential complex, its specifics and key characteristics.
In addition, the realtors have seen the exhibition of design projects of entering groups, done in Art Nouveau style and visited the show room – fully decorated apartment with interiors done in Art style.
